Also, she starred in the film of Francis Ford Coppola Youth Without Youth. In 2008, she starred as Yasim anwar, a character from the BBC five-episode miniseries The Last Enemy. Marinca appeared as Yasim Anwar in Oliver Hirschbiegel's Five Minutes of Heaven, and also on the Romanian Drama Boogie. In the movie Fury (2014), she performed the role of Irma she was a German woman who played Emma's aunt.
